- Smooth Peanut Butter
- Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- Vanilla
- Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ¼ Cup M&Ms

How to Make Monster Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Scrape the sides and stir again briefly.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and oats until just incorporated. Do not overmix. Stir M&Ms in by hand.
- Scoop cookie dough with a 2 tablespoon cookie dough scooper and add to parchment paper lined baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes, then move to wire rack to continue cooling.

- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ¼ cup m&ms
