This recipe shows you how to cook bacon in the oven - all you need is bacon, baking sheet, parchment paper, and an oven set to 400 degrees. Its so much cleaner than the stovetop and easy to make crispy or soft bacon.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet pan (with a rim) with parchment paper. Place uncooked bacon onto parchment paper.
Bake for 18-25 minutes, depending on the level of crispy you'd like. Remove from oven.
Place paper towels on large plate. Lay cooked bacon on paper towel lined plate. Press down on bacon with paper towels to help soak up grease from top.
Serve and enjoy!
We used thick cut bacon. You will want to adjust cooking time depending on the thickness of your bacon.
