No bake chocolate peanut butter cheesecake bars recipe that is super easy to pull together and enjoyed by everyone.
Line an 8x8 pan with foil, allowing for hang over on both sides of the pan to make removing the bars easier later.
Mix together the crushed cookies with the melted butter then place in the bottom of the prepared pan and press until the bottom of the pan is evenly coated.
In an electric mixer, mix together peanut butter and cream cheese until well combined and smooth. Using a spatula, spread over the top of the oreo crust.
Melt together chocolate chips and whipping cream in 30 second increments, until melted and smooth. Pour chocolate evenly over cream cheese/peanut butter layer, and spread with spatula to even out to the corners.
Carefully cover, either with baking pan cover or saran wrap, and place in fridge for at least 2 hours. At 4 hours, the chocolate ganache will be just right. At 2 hours, the ganache is sitll a little soft, but, of course, still delicious. :) Enjoy!
