Tiger Butter Bark recipe with white chocolate, chunky peanut butter, and swirls of chocolate. This candy is perfect for the Christmas party desserts table. Yum.
Line a 13x9 baking dish with aluminum foil.
In a sauce pan, over low heat, melt the Candiquik chocolate with the peanut butter. Cook for about 5 minutes, until melted and blended together well. Stir mixture occasionally.
Pour chocolate chips and vegetable oil into microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate, and cook in microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate. Chocolate should be melted and smooth at this point.
After Caniquik chocolate and peanut butter mixture has fully melted and blended together, pour into aluminum foil lined 13x9 pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top and spread the mixture into the corners of the pan.
Pour chocolate into peanut butter/candiquik mixture, and swirl with a small spatula or knife. Swirl to create the design you would like for your tiger butter bark. Place the pan, covered, into your fridge for the tiger butter to come together into a soft bark. It should be ready in about 2 hours. Enjoy!
