Oven Baked Chicken Tacos

Easy oven baked chicken tacos ready to be served in 15 minutes.  And, they are Delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup fresh mild salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 hard taco shells
  • 1 ½ cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 3 oz can sliced black olives
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with the 12 hard taco shells.

  3. Combine shredded chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning in a bowl. Spoon chicken mixture evenly into all of the taco shells and top with Mexican blend cheese.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has completely melted and chicken is heated through. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!  We like adding shredded lettuce.  So good!
