Peanut Butter Fudge

This easy and super creamy peanut butter fudge recipe with powdered sugar is simply the best. With only 6 ingredients, this recipe is a snap.

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar


  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper or greased aluminum foil and set aside.

  2. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk in brown sugar and milk and continue to heat until you see the first sign of boiling bubbles. Cook for 2 minutes from the first sign of bubbles, whisking constantly. Keep the heat at medium.

  3. Remove pot from heat and whisk in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour mixture into stand mixer and beat in powdered sugar, until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press in filling out to the corners. Cover fudge and place in fridge for 3-4 hours, until set. Enjoy!
