Healthy slow cooker sweet potatoes can be made savory with butter and pecans or sweet with cinnamon and brown sugar. And, mashed sweet potatoes from the crockpot are so good!

  • 5 Medium Size Sweet Potatoes


  1. With a fork, poke holes all over the skin of each sweet potato.

  2. Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil.

  3. Place in slow cooker and turn on to Low.

  4. Cook for 5-6 hours.

  5. The potatoes will be tender and creamy at the end of cooking time. Enjoy!
