Healthy slow cooker sweet potatoes can be made savory with butter and pecans or sweet with cinnamon and brown sugar. And, mashed sweet potatoes from the crockpot are so good!
With a fork, poke holes all over the skin of each sweet potato.
Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil.
Place in slow cooker and turn on to Low.
Cook for 5-6 hours.
The potatoes will be tender and creamy at the end of cooking time. Enjoy!
