Making Cauliflower Rice

Making Cauliflower rice in the food processor or blender is super quick and easy. It's also easy to make it taste good, I promise. I'll be swapping out traditional rice for cauliflower rice more often now with this recipe.

  • 5 large florets of Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic


  1. Cut cauliflower florets off from stems and chop into 1 inch pieces.

  2. Place cauliflower florets in food processor or blender and mix until about the size of halfway between a quinoa and white rice.

  3. Add butter to saute pan and turn to medium high. Saute cauliflower rice, until slightly browned. Add in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

  4. Serve with chopped fresh cilantro sprinkled on top for a delicious side dish. Enjoy!
