Easy vegan tofu scramble recipe for a delicious and healthy breakfast. You will be surprised what a delicious substitution this is for scrambled eggs.
Add olive oil to hot saute pan turned up to medium high heat.
Crumble tofu into pan. Using wooden spoon, stir tofu constantly for 5 minutes.
Add in nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric, and garlic powder. Work into tofu and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
If you're adding in veggies, add them in now and stir for a minute.
Add in coconut milk and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
