Lemon Garlic Salmon

This Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon with Butter Sauce recipe is creamy, flavorful, and so simple to throw together and have on the table in under 30 minutes.

  • 1 ½ lb wild salmon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 8 fresh lemon wedges
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped dill


  1. Set oven rack to center position and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a 1 inch thick baking sheet with foil and spray slightly with butter spray.

  3. Place salmon on the foil skin side down. Brush melted butter on salmon filets. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the salmon filets and place lemon wedges around filets.

  5. Bake for about 12 minutes. Set oven to broil and cook for about 4 more minutes, until the top of salmon turns golden and the garlic begins to brown.

  6. Remove salmon from oven. Sprinkle dill and and parsley on salmon and serve. Enjoy!
