On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, place 20 Ritz crackers (flat side up) in rows.

Add a layer of peanut butter.

Add a layer of marshmallow cream.

Add another Ritz cracker, this time, flat side down.

Place sandwiches in freezer for 10 minutes to harden.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate discs and crisco shortening in a microwave safe bowl or in a double boiler until smooth.

Remove sandwiches from freezer and dip in melted chocolate with a large spoon.

Place back on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and let sit for 15 minutes as the chocolate hardens at room temperature.

Store cookies in an airtight container in the freezer.
